Start with your own calls

Find what your buyers are really asking.

Answer five quick questions. If it looks like a fit, I'll ask for 3–5 recent transcripts and show you what I'd create from your own sales calls.

I won't publish or use anything from your calls without your permission.

Takes about 60 seconds.

Question 1 of 5

What type of business do you run?

Why this instead

Three ways to approach content.

The difference is where the ideas come from — and how much you have to manage.

The Transcript Model Traditional content agency In-house marketer
Where ideas come from Your real sales calls and buyer questions. Often brainstormed from trends, calendars or assumptions — which can produce ideas clients don't actually care about. Depends on how well they understand sales, customers and the founder.
What you need to manage Very little. Bring expertise, talk to me, then record the final content. Briefs, revisions, approvals and keeping the agency close to the business. You manage the person, priorities, development and output.
How your expertise shows up Kept intact. I help decide what is worth saying; you remain the expert. Can drift into generic outsourced copy if the agency doesn't deeply understand you. Can be strong, but still relies on the marketer extracting your thinking well.
What is covered Call analysis, buyer-question mapping, deeper interpretation, content strategy, format choice and ongoing iteration. Usually content production and distribution, depending on scope. Potentially broad — but you are responsible for building and directing the function.
Your job Have the expertise. Talk. Record. I make the rest workable around you. Keep feeding the agency enough context to produce useful work. Lead and manage the marketer while still supplying the expertise.

I care more about why the buyer asked than the words they used.

I analyse the gap between the literal question and the concern underneath it, then turn that into something useful for the next buyer.

You stay the voice. I help you know what's worth saying.

Quick questions

Before you send anything over.

What do I get from the audit?

A small set of recurring buyer questions, the deeper concern behind them, and the content opportunities I'd build around them.

How many calls do you need?

Three to five recent calls is enough to start. More calls make recurring patterns easier to spot.

Can't I just upload my transcripts to AI?

You can use AI to process and summarise them. The value here is deciding which questions matter, what sits underneath them, and what deserves to become content.

What happens to my transcripts?

I use them to do the analysis. I won't publish, quote or use anything from your calls as an example without your permission.

What if there isn't much there?

I'll tell you. I won't stretch the analysis to manufacture a reason for us to work together.

Your buyers already told you what to say next.

It's probably sitting in your last few sales calls.
